Roseann S. Livingston, 62, of Arkansas City, Kan., passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018, at the Winfield Rest Haven Nursing Home.
Cremation has been effected. Memorial services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home Chapel. Chaplain Don Cross will officiate.
A memorial has been established for Winfield Rest Haven. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
