Emery L. Josserand, 72, of Winfield, Kan., passed away, Wednesday morning, April 25, 2018, at Winfield Rest Haven.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established in Emery’s name for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cowley County, a program he was active in for many years. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
