Dr. Dallas Allen Polen, Jr., 76, of Winfield, Kan., died Monday, April 23, 2018.
A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 5 at Grace United Methodist Church of Winfield. Allen requested people come casually dressed and that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the Legacy Fund for the Community Health Center of Cowley County.
