May 23

Deputy responded to the 18000 block of US 166 HWY for a noninjury car/deer accident.

Deputy responded to the 13000 block of US 77 HWY for a non-injury car/deer accident.

Deputy was Dispatched to the 500 block of S. D Street to speak with a subject in reference to a theft. Offense had already been reported to ACPD

Winfield Fire/EMS and Deputies responded to the 16000 block of 151st RD for a single vehicle rollover accident. A silver 2006, Chrysler van, driven by 41 year old Issac Martinez of Winfield was traveling north bound on 151st. The vehicle left the roadway, struck a culvert and rolled.

Deputy was dispatched to the 17000 block of 171st RD for an animal complaint.

Deputy stopped to check on a vehicle in the 21000 block of US 77 HWY.

A subject contacted the Sheriff’s Office in reference to possible trespassing. Land owner was contacted and advised he did not know the caller and did not want Deputies to check his property.

A subject called the Sheriff’s Office in reference to live stock getting out in the 30000 of 42nd RD. Livestock owner was contacted and advised of the complaint.

Report of a dog in the roadway in the 14000 block of 21st RD.

Deputy responded to the Camp Horizon area for suspicious activity involving a silver Mustang with several passengers.

Motorist’s assist in the 26000 block of US 77 bypass.

Deputy responded to 200 S Church for a heat related medical call.

Motorist’s assist in the 8000 block of 21st RD.

Cowley County Deputies responded to the 5000 block of 286th RD for a battery report.
