Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a vehicle in the 3000 block of 192nd Rd. The driver, Seena Dickerson, was cited for driving while suspended. In an attempt to bring a licensed driver to the scene, James Shannon was arrested for driving while suspended and taken to the Cowley County Jail.
