Union State Bank has announced the addition of Clayton Pappan as the Assistant Vice-President, Director of Marketing.
Pappan will be overseeing the organization’s corporate marketing efforts, which includes nine full-service banking locations serving the communities of Arkansas City, Udall, Winfield, and Wichita, and a loan production office in Bartlesville, Okla.
“I’m very excited to be part of the USB team. It is a great opportunity for me to work on a regional level, making new connections throughout Southcentral Kansas and Northcentral Oklahoma,” Pappan said.
Pappan has over twenty-years of marketing and sales experience. He spent the past 16 years in the healthcare industry as the Chief Marketing Officer for South Central Kansas Medical Center in Arkansas City.

Pappan is a graduate of Arkansas City High School and Cowley College. He continued his education at Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Sales.
