Ernest “Lee” Moore, 79, of El Dorado, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday (July 2, 2018) at the Mount Hope United Methodist Church near Ashton, Kansas. Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery. The casket will be open at the funeral home 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday.
A memorial has been established with the Alzheimer’s and Similar Diseases Foundation. Contributions may be made through the funeral home. Arrangements are being made through the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home and Crematory of Arkansas City, Kansas.
