Wilberta “Billie” Jane Kelly, 77, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at William Newton Hospital.
A celebration of life service was held Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at 6 P.M. at the Geuda Springs Cemetery.
