Donald C. Lipprand, 83, of Winfield Kan., passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at William Newton Hospital, with his loving family by his side.
The family will hold memorial services July 28, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Winfield. No graveside services will be held. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
