Jim Dale Hughes, Sr., 81, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at the Life Care Center in Andover.
Cremation has been effected and there are no services scheduled at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, donations may be left in care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home- 803 Loomis St. Winfield, KS 67156.
