Ray D Mayfield, 81, of Conway Springs, Kan., died Wednesday, July 18, 2018.
Memorial services for Ray will be held at 10:00 a.m. , Saturday July 28, 2018 The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Wellington, Kansas.
A private internment will be held by the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial fund has been established in his loving memory to the Robert J Dole VA Medical Center Hospice Care. Contributions may be mailed or left with the funeral home.
