Suspicious person at 61st and 332nd road in a field just east of the rail road tracks. Area was checked and the subect was not located.
Deputies arrested Willard Shrude for A.C. Willard was transported to the Arkansas City Police Department.
Deputies arrested Jessica Bell for Suspended DL at Mill road and W 9th in Winfield. Jessica was transported to the Cowley County Jail for processing.
Responded to the 31000 block of 53rd road for animal complaint. Rp stated her dog was hit by a car. The dog was in the roadway when an unknown vehicle struck it.
