Jack Dale Edwards, 78, of Wellington, Kan., passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at his home.
Memorial services for Jack will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 28, 2018 in the chapel of Cornejo|Day Funeral Home, Wellington, Kansas.
Interment will follow at the Belle Plaine Cemetery, Belle Plaine, Kansas.
Memorial funds have been established in his loving memory to Good Shepherd Hospice, DaVita Dialysis or the Mission Thrift Shop. Contributions may be mailed or left with the funeral home.
