Dr. Robert Arthur Morton, 67, formerly of Arkansas City, Kan., passed away in his home in San Antonio, Texas, Tuesday, August 21, 2018.
Funeral services were held Aug. 25 in Arkansas City with burial at the Riverview Cemetery. A celebration of life reception will be held in San Angelo, TX at a later date.
