Ruben Ruiz, 87, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Tuesday evening, August 21, 2018, at Select Specialty Hospital in Wichita.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at Holy Name Catholic Church. Interment and Military Committal Honors will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. The family will greet visitors at the VFW at 2:00 P.M. that afternoon. The Rosary will be recited at the church on Tuesday evening at 7:00 P.M. A viewing will take place from 6:00 that evening until service time. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials have been established in Ruben’s name for Mission 22 and for Holy Name Catholic Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
