Kongsy Phouthavong, 74, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Monday night, September 17, 2018, at her home.
Services will be held Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 4 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home.
A memorial has been established in Kongsy’s name for the American Cancer Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
