Cowley County Deputies responded to the 5000 block of US 166 HWY for a non-injury accident. Shawn Renollet was driving a white Buick Lesabre eastbound. Juan Enciso was driving a white Ford F150 also eastbound when he tried to pass Renollet. Enciso struck the side of Renollet’s vehicle causing him to run off the roadway and into the ditch. Enciso was arrested for Driving While Under the Influence, Driving without an Interlock Device, and Driving While Suspended.
