Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputy checked on a vehicle and occupants at 219 W. 9th Ave. after smelling the strong odor of marijuana. Keith Montgomery was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and transporting an open container. Tekeisha Skwiat was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of prescription only drugs with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking contraband into the jail. Amber West was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of prescription only drugs with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia .
