Billy Byron Wheeler, 89, of Oxford, Kan., passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 20th at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, Oxford, Kansas.
The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to the First Baptist Church of Oxford, left in care of the Funeral Home.
