Melba Jo Cook, 81, a Wichita, Kan., resident and former Wellington resident, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018, at Kansas Medical Center in Andover.
Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Oxford Cemetery in Oxford, KS. Pastor James Albers will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M.
A Memorial has been established with the Alzheimer’s Association. Contributions can be mailed to or left at the funeral home.
