Kathleen “Kathy” Weathers, 87, of Neosho, Mo., previously of Winfield, Kan., passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018, at her home.
Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, December 21, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Highland Cemetery in Winfield. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials have been established in Kathy’s name for the Cowley County Humane Society and for the American Heart Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
