Alan Rowan Sr., 94, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019, at the Kansas Veterans Home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 1, 2019 at the Shelley Family Funeral Home Chapel in Wellington, KS. Visitation will be Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. at the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with the Kansas Veterans Home Memorial Fund in Winfield and may be left with the Shelley Family Funeral Home 704 N. Washington, Wellington, KS 67152.
