A Cowley County man was arrested Monday night in Manhattan for exposing himself in public in the Aggieville area.
According to the Riley County Police Department report Tuesday, 57 year-old Curtis Fry of Udall faces three total counts of lewd and lascivious acts, exposing himself to two people older than 16 and one person under the age of 16.
The first incident was reported at 9:05 PM, RCPD officers listed two 22 year-old females as the victims. The second incident was reported at 9:45 PM, RCPD officers listed a 15 year-old female and 44-year-old female as the victims.
The incidents occurred just after 10 p.m. in the 600 block of Manhattan Ave., and in a back alley near the 1100 block of Moro Street. Fry also faces one drug possession charge and as of Tuesday, remained in the Riley County Jail on a bond of $17,000.
