Jeremy Scott Mouser, 49, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, April 12, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.
Born March 10, 1970 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, he was the son of Kerry S. Mouser and Linda (Barcelon) Potucek. He was raised on several military bases, including three years in Germany. Jeremy graduated from Wellington High School in Wellington, Kansas in 1989.
Jeremy spent most of his life working the oil fields as a truck driver. He enjoyed being able to travel as a truck driver, living in many different areas in the Central United States. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding Harleys with his friends. He also loved to camp, go to the beach, airboat, kayaking, and going hiking. He especially enjoyed spending time with his loved ones, his children, grandchildren, nieces, and his mom.
His family includes his son Christian Roy of Winfield; his daughter Amanda Mouser of Enid, OK; his mother Linda Potucek of Winfield; his sister Misty Mouser-Lauffer of Oxford; his grandchildren, Dawsyn Mouser, Izaiah Mouser, and Malakhi Mouser.
In addition to his father, Jeremy was preceded in death by a son, Shawn Roy.
A memorial service will be held at Miles Funeral Service on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. Private family inurnment will take place at Highland Cemetery at a later date.
A memorial has been established for the Wellington Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
