May 3

Deputy was dispatched to a possible stalking complaint in the southern portion of the county.

Deputy was dispatched to Strother Field for a parking complaint.

Deputy was dispatched to the 20000 block of 85th RD for a loss of cargo complaint.

Deputy arrested Eddie Walker in the 300 block of Meek Ave for stalking.

Deputy was dispatched to the 1100 block of N 1st for a two vehicle non-injury accident.

A subject came into the Sheriff’s Office for questions about a license plate.

Deputies responded to the 2000 block of K15 HWY for an alarm call.

Deputy was dispatched to the 20000 block of US 77 HWY for a reckless driver complaint. 

Deputy was dispatched to 21st/92nd RD for a suspicious vehicle. 

Debris in the roadway, 32,000 block of US 160 Hwy. Nothing located.

Commercial traffic complaint, 6000 block of 304th road. Semi’s reported driving in restricted area.

Suspicious person 15,000 block of US 77 Hwy. Noah Kayizere was on private property and arrested for battery and transported to County Jail.

Motorist Assist 131st and US 160 Hwy, a vehicle was reported stalled in the roadway. The vehicle was not located.

Suspicious vehicles parked in the 32,000 block of 61st road. Multiple people out with flashlights. Deputies checked the area and did not locate anyone.

May 4

Traffic stop at Kansas and Williams Way. Colton Henson and Corban Jackson were arrested for possession of Marijuana and possession of Drug paraphernalia. 

Non injury accident 8000 block of 202nd road. Norma Herrera was located at her residence on Soward and arrested for DUI and cited for Duty of driver to report an accident. 

Deputy was dispatched to the 1000 block of 22nd RD for a trespassing complaint.

Deputy stopped to check a vehicle in the 20000 block of 61st RD. 

Deputy was dispatched to the 3000 block of 118th DR for a welfare check. 

Deputy was dispatched to the 22000 block of 52nd DR for a civil issue. 

Deputy was dispatched to the 12000 block of 21st RD for a reckless driver complaint. 

Deputy was dispatched to the 17000 block of 211th RD for a reckless driver complaint.

Deputy stopped to help change a tire at US 77 HWY/ 82nd RD.

Deputy was contacted in reference to a parked train in Hackney.

Deputies assisted with a funeral escort. 

Deputy was contacted in reference to a civil issue. 

Deputy was dispatched to the 52nd/151st RD for cows out. 

Deputy assisted UPD with a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Main. 

A female subject was reported sleeping on the sidewalk in Patterson Pkwy. The female was given a ride to a hotel in Arkansas City.

Deputies responded to the 30,000 block of K-15 Hwy for a disturbance. Father and son had a verbal altercation.

Agency assist Udall Cenex. Deputies responded to the gas station to assist Udall officer on a traffic stop.

Pedestrian check 5th and Manning in Winfield.

Cows reported out in the roadway 61st and 152nd road. The cows were placed back.

Welfare check 3000 block of 118th drive. The subject was located and found to be safe.

Deputies responded to Wilmot for a fireworks complaint.

Deputies responded to the 16000 block of 3rd in Wilmot for noise complaint.

May 5

A black Ford F-150 was reported stolen which was parked at 9th and Main. The vehicle was towed.

Car vs deer report K-15 and 192nd road. Dylan Bird was driving a Grey Dodge Van when he struck a deer. No injuries reported and B & L removed the vehicle.

Welfare check 9000 block of 132nd road. A female subject was located and given a ride home.

Disturbance reported in the 5000 block of 286th road. Subjects left prior to our arrival. Contact was made with the caller and it was verbal only.
