Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputy began checking areas in Winfield and Arkansas City for an escaped inmate from the Cowley County Jail, Tyresse Hardiman. Hardiman is a work release inmate and was supposed to walk to work at McDonalds and did not arrive. He was located and arrested at 525 N. B St. in Arkansas City then brought back to jail.
