Molly Diana Smith, of Wellington, Kansas, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Wellington, Kansas at the age of 25.
Molly was born the daughter of Corey Douglas and Malissa Ann (Hernandez) Smith on Wednesday, January 26, 1994 in Wellington, Kansas. She graduated from Wellington High School in 2012. Molly was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter and friend. She will be missed by many.
Survivors include her sister, Megin Bannister and her husband Colby of Wellington, Kansas; grandmother, Bobbi Bradford of Wellington, Kansas; great-grandmother, Delores Smith of Wellington, Kansas, nephews: Trenton Dusty, Colton and Karstin Bannister all of Wellington, Kansas; aunt, Cindy Martin and her husband Rick of Wellington, Kansas; uncle, Michael Smith of Pawnee, Oklahoma; aunt, Carissa Fennell and her husband Dre of Wichita, Kansas, cousins: Alex Smith, Lala, Andre and Jayla Fennell, along with a large extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Corey and Malissa Smith and grandparents: John Smith, Claudine Smith, Joe Hernandez and Maj. Wayne Bradford.
Memorial services for Molly will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Wellington Free Will Baptist Church, Wellington, Kansas.
