The Winfield USD 465 Board of Education will hold a special meeting Monday at 5 p.m.
And due to the coronavirus, it will not be physically open to the public, however, anyone will be able to listen to the meeting by dialing 1-425-436-6368 then enter the access code of 480106# when prompted.
The board will discuss and may take action on out of state travel and will have a report on its COVID-19 response.
Gov. Laura Kelly closed school buildings for the rest of the semester on March 17. The state and both Winfield and Ark City schools have said continued learning options for students are being explored.
