RCB Bank Temporarily Closes Lobbies; Drive-Thru, ATM Services Remain Open

RCB Bank has temporarily closed lobbies at all of its locations in an effort to protect customers and employees from the spread of COVID-19, according to a press release from the bank.

The temporary closures of lobbies began Monday.

The bank will still offer access to all drive-thru, ATM and ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) services at all locations that offer them.

In an effort to protect our customers and employees from the spread of COVID-19, effective Monday, March 23, lobbies at all of our locations will be temporarily closed. We will continue to offer access to all drive-thru, ATM and ITM services at locations that offer them.

Customers that need in-person account assistance or access to their safety deposit box(es) at one of our locations, please call 888-764-5499 to schedule an appointment.

While our drive-thru services will remain open, please also consider utilizing our digital and off-site banking tools. Getting started is easy!
