A Winfield man and his passenger were injured Monday morning in a single vehicle rollover with an entrapment in northern Cowley County.
According to the Cowley County Sheriff Office Tuesday, Jeremy Stewart was east bound in the 9000 block of 132nd Road just east of U.S. 77 driving a tan 2007 Buick Rainer when the vehicle left the roadway to the north.
The vehicle traveled through the ditch before it rolled, overturned and came to rest on the passenger’s side.
Stewart was transported to by Winfield EMS to South Central Kansas Medical Center north of Ark City.
His passenger, David Normandin of Ark City, was extracted from vehicle and taken by ambulance to Wesley hospital in Wichita.
