A Texas man was arrested for DUI after running through the round-a-bout on the Ark City bypass Monday.
According to the Cowley County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday, deputies responded to the 27000 block of US 77 for a one vehicle accident at 11 p.m. Monday.
The driver ran straight over the round-a-bout, coming down in the grass.
The driver, 51 year-old Devin Gressel of Colleyville, Texas, was arrested for Driving While Under the Influence, Transporting an open Container and No Proof of Insurance.
He was booked into the Cowley County Jail.
