Two people were injured Saturday in a single-vehicle rollover accident that occurred in northern Sumner County on K-15 highway, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
Around 8 p.m., 29-year-old Ethan Philip Beckett, of Sheridan, Wyoming, was driving a 2014 Cadillac Sedan south on K-15 when it left the roadway. The vehicle impacted the tree line in the south ditch and proceeded to roll.
The Cadillac came to rest on its top between the tree line and railroad tracks.
Location of the accident was described as milepost 57 of K-15 or .7 miles east of North Oxford Rd.
25-year-old Tucker Don Drake, of Winfield, was a passenger in the vehicle.
Both men were said to have sustained potentially serious but not life threatening injuries. They were transported by Mulvane EMS to Wesley Medical Center for treatment.
