U.S. Senator Jerry Moran will visit Cowley College in Ark City Friday to announce new federal investments for the school.
An event is set for 2 p.m. inside the President’s Dining Room on the school’s main campus. The public can attend.
The investment is intended to help the college improve student success using technology. Students would be proactively identified to determine those who may require educational assistance to successfully complete their classes.
The senator, a Kansas Republican, said the investment was made possible through his role on the Senate Appropriations Committee.
