As of 10:45am today, they have been notified of the following road closures due to high water:
- 51st Road south of 22nd
- 15th Road south of 242nd
- 26th Road west of Rock

Walnut at Arkansas City was 12.9 ft, rising (6 am), crest at 17 ft. Thursday afternoon (2nd). 18 foot is flood stage.
Walnut at Winfield was 9 Ft, Rising (6 am), reach 18 Foot Flood stage later today. Crest 21.8 ft later Thursday (2nd),. (18 ft is flood stage)
