A local man was arrested Thursday evening when the Cowley County Sheriff’s Dept. responded to the report of a disturbance occurring in a vehicle.
The incident was first reported at approximately 6:35 p.m. A short time later, the vehicle was located in the 2000 block of 272nd Rd in rural Ark City.
44-year-old Andrew W. Musson, a Cowley County resident, was arrested and booked into the county jail on a charge of domestic battery.
Musson remained in custody on Friday.
