Deadline for the 2022 grant application for the Power of the Purse funding is Sept. 30.
Power of the Purse aims to make a difference in the lives of women and children in the community by encouraging community within the circle and with those they serve, educating and increasing awareness of local need, as well as building a network to catalyze positive change.
The Power of the Purse – a women’s giving circle established with Legacy Regional Community Foundation – accepts grant applications from area nonprofit organizations that align with their mission “to better the lives of women and children in Cowley County.”
Eligible applicant organizations include 501c3 organizations, quasi-governmental entities, and service clubs willing to team up with a qualified organization. For more information and to download the application visit www.legacyregionalfoundation.org.
