“Jodi’s Law” was approved by the Kansas House of Representatives this morning 123 to 0. The bill will now go to the Senate.
Arkansas City Police Chief Sean Wallace, Cowley County Attorney Chris Smith and the father of murder victim Jodi Sanderholm recently testified in Topeka that House Bill 2850 will make it easier to prosecute stalkers.
