Arkansas City, Winfield and Cowley County offices will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Cowley County District Court will be closed as well in both Arkansas City and Winfield.
The Arkansas City Library will be closed Sunday and Monday, as it usually is. The Winfield Library will be closed Monday.
The Cherokee Strip Museum will be open Saturday and is always closed on Sunday and Monday. The Cowley County Historical Society Museum in Winfield will be closed for the holiday.
Post offices and banks will also be closed Monday.
