The criminal case against a former?Winfield High School student who allegedly poured urine into an ice machine at the school was continued Wednesday until 8:30 a.m. June 17.
Tyler Eugene Conklin, 18, is charged with endangering the food supply by exposing the ice to a contaminate. The machine produced ice used at a?tennis match April 30. The penalty involves one year in the county jail and a fine of up to $2,500.
Conklin was a senior and did not return to school after the incident.
