Lois Webb, Arkansas City, was in fair condition Wednesday afternoon with injuries suffered when her vehicle and another collided at the intersection of Chestnut Avenue and the U.S. 77 bypass about 6:30 Monday.
The accident occurred when Webb failed to stop at a stop sign as William Dietrich, 33, also of Ark City, was driving south.
Dietrich was unable to stop before the two vehicles collided in the intersection. Dietrich was not injured, according to the Ark City Police Department.
