The alleged rape of a Cowley College student in the Kirkdale Dorm Oct. 19 is under investigation by the Arkansas City Police Department.
The father of a 19-year-old student reported Oct. 24 that his daughter was raped.
Both the victim and suspect have been interviewed as well as the victim’s parents and several students who are potential witnesses, according to Ark City Police Chief Sean Wallace.
"This case is still under investigation and no arrest has been made as of yet," Wallace said.
