Jason Fuller of Arkansas City was arrested Tuesday for allegedly driving into a yard in the 500 block of S. C Street and struck a fence and a tree, according to Ark City Police Chief Sean Wallace.
Police said Fuller was still sitting in his car and huffing from a computer dust remover can when officers walked up to the car.
Fuller was not aware of what had happened and only remembers driving on A Street, Wallace said. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and transported to the county jail.
He was also cited for no proof of insurance, abusing toxic vapors and careless driving.
