A propane heater caused a fire Tuesday afternoon that left an Atlanta family homeless. No injuries were reported.
Winfield Fire Department Lt. Justin Crawford said the fire was reported about 5:30 p.m. at the one-story, three bedroom ranch home.
"They (Atlanta firefighters) did a good job putting out the amount of fire they had," Crawford said.
The name of the family was not available but Crawford said the house can longer be lived in.
"They’re going to need some help," Crawford said.
