A man passed out, lost control of his vehicle and clipped a shed at the corner of Kansas and Summit in Arkansas City around noon Friday, police said.
The unidentified man ? who was driving a pickup truck ? had apparently left a nearby car wash and was southbound on Summit and starting to turn east onto Kansas. He told police he passed out and woke after hopping the curb, crashing through a fence and hitting a shed or garage-type structure.
He ended up in an alleyway.
The man was taken to a local hospital for evaluation of minor injuries.
