Oh brother, not on Christmas Day.
Police in Ark City arrested Brandon Herman Friday after the man’s brother called to report Herman had stolen all the long guns from a home in the 300 block of N. A. Investigators spoke with Herman, who is said to have admitted taking his brother’s guns and selling them to fund a drug habit.
The guns have yet to be recovered and the investigation is ongoing.
Herman was taken to the Cowley County Jail and faces charges of burglary and theft. His bond was set at $5,000.
