State Sen. Jean Schodorf ? who is running to fill the U.S. 4th District Congressional seat being vacated by Todd Tiahrt ? will be at Southwestern College on Friday for a Town Hall meeting.
The event is open to the publlic and set for 9:30 a.m in the Deets Library reference room at the college’s main campus. The school’s political science and legal studies department is sponsoring the event.
Schodorf will discuss the current legislative session in Topeka and will also take questions from the audience. Schodorf is a Wichita Republican serving her third term in the Kansas House.
