Yuck, it seems Cowley County and south central Kansas may get hit with one more blast of winter weather this weekend.
The National Weather Service has put a winter storm watch into effect beginning late Friday. Snow accumulation is expected to be heaviest along a line from El Dorado to Wichita to Anthony.
The heaviest snow band could drop between five and eight inches of snow in some areas. Wind gusts up to 35 miles per hour could effect visibility.
