Tracy R. Spencer, 64, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Monday afternoon, July 5, 2010, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Miles Funeral Service. Interment will follow at the Burden Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. The family will greet visitors from 6 to 8 p.m.
A memorial has been established in Tracy’s name for Hospice Care of Kansas. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
