Leota Lucy Carothers, age 91, of Wellington, Kan., passed away early Wednesday morning, May 25, 2011, at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Wellington.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2011, at the First Assembly of God Church in Wellington.
Graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Trotter Cemetery near Kinsley.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, May 27, 2011 from 1 to 8 p.m. The family will be present to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
Memorials have been established with the Assembly of God Church in Wellington and Futures Unlimited. Contributions can be left or mailed to the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
