Maxine R. Watson, 83, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Friday afternoon, October 1, 2010, at William Newton Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Miles Funeral Service. Private family inurnment will take place at Latham Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The family will greet visitors from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Memorials have been established in Maxine’s name for the Leukemia Foundation and for the Arthritis Foundation. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
